Tracee Ellis Ross knows that the trick to wearing knee-high boots in the summer is an impossibly high miniskirt.Ever the sartorial chameleon, the actor and fashion aficionado showed us how it’s done in her latest Instagram post, which shared a peek at a recent party outfit. Posing by a pool at sunset, Ross stayed cool in a pair of sandy suede stiletto boots by styling the footwear with a unique dress.The multi-tone piece featured an icy pale blue bodice covered in scrunchy ruched details.
Ross finished off her look with a rectangular clutch bag made out of buttery caramel-colored leather. Beauty-wise, she kept her glam fairly natural, opting for a glowy and sun-kissed face, and wore her curly hair wet and slicked back, as if she just emerged from a sunset swim.“Snuck outta the party to take some pics real quick,” the Black-ish star captioned the photos.“Dressing up has always been how I express my creativity,” Ross previously told Elle Canada.
