Toyota has teased a ninth grade for its redesigned 2024 Tacoma, the TRD Pro Terra.
On Friday, it revealed the first photo of a new grade for the pickup called the TRD Pro Terra.
It joins the eight—yes, eight—other grades that we're announced during last month's reveal: SR, SR5, TRD PreRunner, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, Limited, TRD Pro, and Trailhunter. No information on the TRD Pro Terra has been released, and from the single teaser photo it's hard to see what differences there are, if any, to the TRD Pro. It's possible the grade will be a high-performance offering to go up against the newThe TRD Pro Terra isn't the only new grade on the 2024 Tacoma. The TRD PreRunner and Trailhunter are also new.
Trailhunter is the grade aimed at fans of overlanding. It features monotube shocks at each corner, steel skid plates, a high-mount air intake, and items for the bed including an air compressor.
