CAR magazine UK reveals the first bits of intel on the upcoming Toyota Supra GRMN
► More aggressive aero, likely more powerhas been caught testing at the Nürburgring, suggesting the future introduction of a Supra GRMN model.
The prototype features camouflage over what looks to be a redesigned front bumper, as well as over the rear deck. Beneath the bright geometric pattern, dive planes can be spotted at the front and a rear wing is fitted, too. Our spy photographer also papped images of the wheels, where Toyota test drivers have been trialling Michelin Cup 2 tyres, too – implying a much more track-ready machine.
While unconfirmed, it makes sense that the GRMN could have access to BMW’s S58 straight-six. The current GR Supra uses the B58 version, which is designed for smooth torque delivery and reasonable performance.
