MANILA--One can expect a long queue to form at car-service centers once the lockdown is lifted, as owners take their mostly unused vehicles over the past few weeks for overdue maintenance work.
Anticipating that surge, Toyota Philippines on Saturday said it is launching the online service MyToyotaPH for customers who have longed for more than a month to get some work done on their wheels without the hassle.
Through MyToyotaPH, users can make inquiries and speak directly to the dealer of their choice about booking appointments and cost estimates.MyToyotaPH will be available for dealers that will be open depending on their area's quarantine period, with the service launch coinciding with the reopening of selected branches in areas under general community quarantine.
