We've written a lot about the lost sunken village at Lake Vyrnwy lately so we spoke to tourist bosses to see if all the excitement has had any impact.
The old village of Llanwddyn, abandoned and submerged by the new dam in the late 1800s, re-emerged last week after river levels at Lake Vyrnwy fell.
Llanwddyn, a former settlement, was deliberately submerged in the late 1800s to create the reservoir to supply the Liverpool area with water. Tourist bosses said they have seen an increased number of visitors over the last week - partly perhaps due to the hot temperatures - but that many of them were asking for directions to 'the sunken village.'
