The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach is offering free shark touch events at the Shark Lagoon on select Friday evenings in 2025. The first event is scheduled for January 31st.
The opportunity to gently touch a bamboo shark as it swims through a shallow touch pool is a memorable experience for all ages. While interacting with sharks in an aquarium setting isn't a daily occurrence, the Shark Lagoon at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach offers this unique and tactile experience regularly. Shark Lagoon welcomes visitors for free on select Friday evenings. The first event in 2025 is scheduled for January 31st from 6 to 9 p.m.
Snacks and warm beverages like coffee and cocoa will be available for purchase.
