Tottenham are back in the top four...
West Ham began the game looking bright as Jarrod Bowen threatened to put the away side ahead in the early moments of the match.
Spurs gradually grew into the game as the half went on and they had a strong penalty appeal waved away early on.Emerson Royal gave Tottenham the lead in the second half with a cool finish past Lukasz Fabianski. Ben Davies expertly slipped the Brazilian through on goal after a well-timed pass from Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
Bowen went close to levelling up the score soon after Spurs had taken the lead, but he was unable to find his way past Fraser Forster. Tottenham continued to press for a second goal and Son Heung-min managed to deliver the goods from the bench after latching onto Harry Kane’s through ball. The result means that Spurs are now above Newcastle and have moved into a Champions League spot, while West Ham remain in the relegation zone.
