Although she is rising above tragedy, Daniel's obsession with not fighting with emotions pushes Tory away from her friends and causes her more pain.
Tory's victory would prove to her that she can create a good future for herself and not be defined by her struggles, perfectly wrapping up Cobra Kai ’s overarching moral.
