The tornado touched down in Defiance County at 2:53 a.m. Saturday.
HICKSVILLE, Ohio — A tornado with winds up to 90 mph touched down in Northwest Ohio during the early-morning hours Saturday, damaging buildings and several trees, the National Weather Service confirmed on Sunday.
The tornado, which was ranked as an EF-1, damaged three barns and also the roof of a home, the Weather Service says. The roof of a pool deck also was damaged. There were no reports of injuries.
