Daniela Soto-Innes, the youngest person to be voted World’s Best Female Chef by World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards and winner of the 2016 James Beard Award for Rising Star Chef was born in Mexico City but grew up in Houston.Comal’s Yvan Mucharraz, a Thomas Keller-trained chef, will share his kitchen with each of these international chefs for a night. His menus are intensely local and always creative.

The resort and residences have a cool luxe vibe with sleek midcentury-modern rooms situated around a tiered infinity pool that blends into the sea. Between the pool bars and danceable music, it instantly feels like a party upon arrival. Chileno Bay is a protected cove with pristine reefs and calm waters; the resort is adjacent to Chileno Bay Beach, a public, swimmable spot.
