SASSA notes the system has been developed and maintained by the agency for the registration and payment of grants, and stores and maintains records of active and inactive beneficiaries. As part of its 2020 – 2024 strategic plan to build “a smart, modern SARS, with unquestionable integrity and a trusted and admired organisation”, the South African Revenue Service is advertising for the provision of maintenance and support on four Red Hat products for a period of five years.
The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration is looking for a service provider for the maintenance, support and enhancement of its case management system. It says it intends to enable business transformation by facilitating the effective management of disputes referred to the CCMA by optimising the existing system, which provides a high-level overview of cases and the ability to manage, direct and control all case-related activities.
