Aurora announced Tuesday its Downtown Alive concert series will return to RiverEdge Park in 2023 with Too Hype Crew on June 30 and 7th Heaven on July 7.
Both concerts start at 8 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets purchased before June 1 are $2. After June 1 tickets are $5.Too Hype Crew is a tribute to old school hip hop, featuring a six-piece band and dancers.
7th Heaven, a popular tribute band, is best known for their “30 Songs in 30 Minutes,” a medley of hits from the ’70s and ’80s.RiverEdge Park is at 360 N. Broadway in downtown Aurora, across the street from Metra’s Aurora Transportation Center., call 630-896-6666, stop by RiverEdge’s satellite box office at the Paramount Theatre, 23 E. Galena Blvd. in Aurora, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, or purchase tickets on the day of the shows at RiverEdge Park.
