Tony Hale, 48, is a two-time Emmy-winning actor who stars in HBO’s “Veep,” which begins its final season March 31. He is the voice of Forky in “Toy Story 4” due in June, and his book, “Archibald’s Next Big Thing,” will be released as an animated children’s series on Netflix later this year.
