Danny Bennett, son of the late singer Tony Bennett, is suing his ex-partner Hadley Spanier for $1 million in unpaid reimbursements for renovations and upgrades he made to their Greenwich Village co-op. They agreed to sell the property upon separation, but the co-op remains unsold, and Bennett claims he hasn't been reimbursed. This lawsuit follows a previous legal battle between Bennett and Spanier over a separate $1.95 million home they co-owned in Katonah, NY.
Tony Bennett’s son has accused his baby mama of failing to reimburse him for the $1 million he chipped in towards their Greenwich Village co-op.
They agreed to sell the home just steps from Washington Square Park if they split, but nearly 15 months after their October 2023 breakup the co-op hasn’t been sold and he hasn’t been reimbursed, Bennett said in court papers.
