Have YOU got a story? EmailAfter a nearly two-year battle, Tom Sandoval is claiming that he and ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix have finally agreed to sell the home they once shared.
Earlier this year, Madix filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, asking a judge to force the sale of the home. Sandoval rejected the request weeks later. The couple — who split their time between Los Angeles and New York — started dating weeks after Sandoval's affair was exposed.She officially moved out of hers and ex-Tom's LA home in March 2024 after purchasing a $1.6million Hollywood Hills abode.
Theoretically, this could lead to one of them selling to the third party and letting the other still own and live in the home. The former couple — whose nine-year relationship ended in wake of his bombshell affair with Rachel Leviss in March 2023 — purchased the house in LA's Valley Village neighborhood back in 2019 for $2million
Sandoval explained: 'She's like,"Oh, he gave me a s**t offer." I gave her an offer of $3.1 million. We bought our house for $2.05 . … I gave her an offer to buy her out.' The exes' alleged agreement to offload their former home comes amid uncertainty around the future of their hit Bravo reality TV show, Vanderpump Rules.
He also revealed that he and his current girlfriend, model Victoria Lee Robinson, are moving in together after less than a year of dating; the couple seen on October 15 'Nothing has been decided yet as far as the future of the show, but it can't continue this way so things are definitely going to change,' they continued.
Ariana also fell out with former besties Scheana Shay and Lala Kent, instead becoming much closer to Katie Maloney. Lala and Scheana both joined the upcoming second season of The Valley, which already stars many of their former Vanderpump Rules co-stars like Jax Taylor and Kristen Doute. Ariana has of course had the most successful year out of anybody on the cast, most notably bringing in record ratings for Peacock's Love Island after replacing Sarah Hyland as host.Lisa Vanderpump has also shifted focus away from Bravo and over to rival network Hulu, where her new series Vanderpump Villa is gearing up for its second season.
