Tom Parker widow Kelsey's new boyfriend was previously jailed for manslaughter after killer punch
The new boyfriend of Tom Parker 's widow of Kelsey was previously jailed for manslaughter after knocking over a man at a taxi rank in 2013.
However it has now been revealed the former estate agent knocked a man over following a bust-up over a taxi back in February 2013. He was jailed for four years later later the same year and convicted of the manslaughter of Shaun McDermott, who died aged 44. CCTV footage showed the dad-of-two walking away from the scene as well as him throwing just one punch at Shaun McDermott's face. Boggans was subsequently arrested two days after the initial attack following a string of enquiries by the Metropolitan Police.
