Goalkeeper Tom Heaton has sung the praises of Man United forward Anthony Martial and his finishing capabilities.
Manchester United goalkeeper Tom Heaton has named Anthony Martial as the best finisher at the club, hailing the different ways that he can make life difficult for a 'keeper.
When he was fit last season, however, Martial looked sharp and carried a threat, so much so that Erik ten Hag admitted at one juncture that United played better when he was in the team. He ended the season with nine goals and three assists.But even though his fitness is a major concern, Heaton believes the former Sevilla loanee, who will turn 28 later this year, is the best finisher within the squad.
Martial, who will be pushing for a starting berth ahead of Saturday's clash with Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford, is just 12 goals shy of notching his 100th in United colours. He has scored 88 times in 299 appearances for the club, as well as registering 53 assists.
