Fourth of July weekend usually signals a mass exodus of celebs to less steamy environs, like the Hamptons, but this year was a little different.to celebrate the nuptials of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at a little venue called Madison Square Garden on July 3.
Some of the stars who came into town for the nuptials also managed to take in a Broadway show, like Fergie, who saw Maya Rudolph’s final performance as Mary Todd Lincoln in “Oh, Mary! ” on July 5. Earlier in the week, Ayo Edebiri, Kristen Wiig and the cast of “Rocky Horror Show” were in attendance, as both shows are directed by Sam Pinkleton.
Other celebs spotted at Broadway shows included Julia Roberts, who caught Nathan Lane and Laurie Metcalf in “Death of a Salesman,” while a slew of notables have been rushing to see Jon Bernthal and Ebon Moss-Bachrach in “Dog Day Afternoon” before it closes on July 12. Leonardo DiCaprio, Bradley Cooper, Noah Wyle, Tom Holland, Ben Affleck and Ben Stiller have all been spotted in the audience.
