Restaurants need more government support, says chef Tom Colicchio

In March, 417,000 hospitality workers. Millions more are expected to file for unemployment this month and next. To battle this stark reality, Congress passed the CARES Act, providing stimulus payments, expansions upon unemployment benefits, and loans and grants to small businesses. But will it be enough to help independent restaurants get through the pandemic?
