Former NFL superstar Tom Brady is now a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.

League owners on Tuesday approved Brady's purchase of a stake in the Silver & Black from Mark Davis during the NFL's fall meetings, according to multiple reports.
Brady reportedly partnered with businessman Tom Wagner and each will own about 5% of the Raiders, per SI.com's Albert Breer.Hall of Famer Richard Seymour's purchase of a 0.5% stake in the Raiders was also approved. Seymour confirmed the news in a post to X, the platform previously known as Twitter. "I'm deeply grateful—humbled and honored—to become NFL owner," Seymour posted. "This is the mission of a lifetime, and I accept it with both purpose and pride. With great opportunity comes great responsibility. And I pledge to be a worthy steward of our game—and all it makes possible."
Brady's purchase of a minority stake has been in development for more than a year, but other NFL owners were concerned he was receiving a discounted price. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell also previously acknowledged the league had to address issues with Brady's role as a broadcaster for Fox Sports.
