The Seattle Department of Neighborhood’s website says that it has designated more than 400 individual sites, buildings, vehicles, vessels, and street clocks as landmarks subject to protection by city ordinance, since 1973.

Julia Dallas, KIRO 7 NewsSEATTLE — The Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board will consider the Tolliver Temple Church of God in Christ in May,to be a protected Seattle landmark last July.The Seattle Department of Neighborhood’s website says that it has designated more than 400 individual sites, buildings, vehicles, vessels, and street clocks as landmarks subject to protection by city ordinance since 1973.

The meeting for the church will be held on May 17 at 3:30 p.m. Members of the public can attend the meeting in person at the Boards and Commissions Room of Seattle City Hall at 600 4th Avenue.around one week before the meeting.To sign up to speak to the Landmarks Preservation Board for up to two minutes, goThe online sign-up will start two hours before the 3:30 p.m. meeting start time and will end at the start of the meeting.
