The California Highway Patrol has arrested a man after they say he shot at the driver who had just hit and killed his 2-year-old son.
Elvis Zepeda was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of attempted murder, possession of an illegal firearm, and possession of a controlled substance.
The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21st on Hwy. 33 north of Crows Landing Road in Stanislaus County.The child was taken to Doctors Medical Center, where he later died. He was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of attempted murder, possession of an illegal firearm, and possession of a controlled substance.
