A one-year-old boy who fell into a creek in Adelaide's north on Sunday has died in hospital.

The one-year-old boy was pulled from the Little Para River at Paralowie at about 9:30am on Easter Sunday.He was later transferred to the Women's and Children's Hospital where South Australia Police said he died on Monday afternoon.The Little Para River, near Greentree Boulevard at Paralowie.
