Trump is OK.With less than a month before early voting begins in the presidential election, an injunction has been filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton .
The injunction criticizes the Bexar County Commissioner's Court and its hiring of a voter registration group, questioning some voters eligibility to cast their ballot and causing confusion in the election process. In the hearing, which is set to begin at 9 a.m. Monday in civil court, it could determine the fate of the voter registration program called CGS or Civitech.
The program was approved in early September by the commissioner's court. Paxton immediately filed the lawsuit against Bexar County claiming its CEP wants only to get people to vote for progressive political candidates or unregistered Democratic voters.
