Tobias Harris' Father/Agent: Sixers Don't Utilize Him Properly - RealGM Wiretap
Tobias Harris is in a unique position as his agent also happens to be his father. Torrell Harris is the CEO of Unique Sports Management, which represents Tobias Harris, his two brothers Terry and Tyler, as well as Kelly Oubre Jr.
The elder Harris was a guest on a recent Business of Sports podcast from Bloomberg. The topic was about player development in the NBA. Eventually, the conversation turned to whether or not the Philadelphia 76ers have used Tobias Harris properly. His father/agent didn't hesitate to share his opinion. “Personally, I don’t think so. The reason I say that, well Tobias is an assassin scorer," Torrel Harris said."I mean they can’t stop him. Nobody in the league can stop him. So, he’s proven that over his career, even when he was with the Clippers, he was an assassin scorer."“They took away, they didn’t utilize him, he was not a priority in their offense.
