Miley Cyrus’ mother tied the knot to the “Prison Break” star in Malibu, Calif., Saturday in an intimate wedding ceremony, Page Six has learned.
She accessorized with a veil clipped to the back of her hair, with her blond tresses flowing down her back and shoulders.
