To start off the afternoon, we were presented with a three-tiered stand which was topped with sweet and savoury delights. We got to get a taste of the Mini Slider, Duck Patties, Caramelized Ginger, Szechuan Hoisin; Spiced Lamb Pie; Keladi Rice Puff, Smoked Cod Mousse, Pink Peppercorn and Wild Mushroom, Truffle Arachini.
