Honestly, even 50% presence would be a big win during the holidays. The mental load is heavy, and there is only so much bandwidth available to manage it all. First and foremost, give yourself grace, freely and abundantly- whenever you can: If extending grace to yourself feels unnatural, pause to consider everything you did accomplish in a day, rather than fixating on what didn’t get done. This shift in perspective might just be the gift you need.
