Tinkler disappointed to miss out on Namibian star

Tjiueza was due to join City during the past transfer window period but the move was delayed by an unexpected injury. Tinkler admits after the Cape derby against Stellenbosch, that he was already looking forward to working with the striker before being ruled out of action due to a long-term injury.
