Kosmides acknowledges Garbo is far from a silver bullet. The database currently has more than 1 billion records of violent and harmful behavior, the nonprofit said, but there’s also a significant caveat, which Kosmides and Garbo make clear. “Most violent individuals never interact with the criminal justice system,” Garbo’s website states.
