In replies to user comments on its Facebook page, the ISP wrote that it is currently working to resolve the issue and says it will inform customers once the issue is resolved, though there is currently no timeline on when service will be restored. "Hi, we are aware of the issue and are working on it. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and understanding.
