Six individuals from Manchester will be chosen to be part of the production process
Those in the Manchester area who are interested in TV production have been given an unmissable opportunity on the set of a well-known TV show.The scheme provides the next generation of talent with rare, hands-on experience and on-the-job training in the scripted broadcast drama sector.
Trainee roles are available in the costume, hair and makeup, post-production, art, assistant directors, and camera departments. "The team has been so supportive in helping me when stuck and giving me advice. I enjoy coming to work knowing I get to work with such a great team!” Elli Metcalfe, Screen Manchester’s crew and facilities manager, said: "It has been wonderful to meet and then watch the progress of all our trainees. Our aim is to supply the talent pipeline in the north and keep it flowing in a positive direction."
