Tim Robinson will be in charge of his first Premier League encounter involving Everton, following his promotion to the top-flight during the summer
Tim Robinson has been appointed as the match referee for the clash between Everton and Brighton & Hove Albion.
It will be his first encounter involving Everton and at Goodison Park this season, after being in the middle of five Premier League fixtures so far. Robinson has issued less than four yellow cards in just one of his matches - Arsenal's emphatic 5-0 win over Sheffield United on Saturday. Michael Oliver and Nick Hopton will be in position at Stockley Park as the VAR and Assistant VAR, respectively.
His last outing in the middle was in 2022 when Brighton overcame lower opposition in Forest Green Rovers in the Carabao Cup. Prior to that, he was in charge of two of their Championship encounters during the 2016-17 season where they won one and lost one.
