The announcement from Apple regarding ChatGPT integration was followed by a tweet from the OpenAI CEO Sam Altman.
The announcement, among others, from Cook came during the company’s Worldwide Developers Conference .
Using Siri, users will be able to tap into OpenAI’s ChatGPT when needed. It also was made clear that the access will be based on the user’s preference and needs. The access to ChatGPT will be free and it won’t require creating an account. The ChatGPT integration will happen later this year.from Apple was followed by a tweet from OpenAI CEO Sam Altman. Altman confirmed the partnership and also hoped that it would be liked by the people.
According to Apple, its Intelligence will leverage cloud-based models on special servers using Apple Silicon to ensure that user data is private and secure.
