TikTok star Gabbie Gonzalez and her father are facing charges for allegedly trying to engineer a hit against ex-boy bander Jack Avery, the father of her daughter.

TikTok star Gabbie Gonzalez and her father have been arrested for allegedly conspiring to kill boy band alum Jack Avery, with whom the influencer has been locked in a custody battle over their young daughter.

The 24-year-old, who boasts over 427,000 followers across two TikTok accounts, and 473,000 on Instagram, was arrested last week and is set to be arraigned in Los Angeles Tuesday for Gonzalez was arrested late Monday afternoon and is being held without bail on a felony charge, according to online records from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The Sheriff’s Department told TMZ that Gonzalez’s dad Francisco — who was taken into custody on the same charges in Florida Monday — was involved in the pair’s custody war over 7-year-old Lavender.

Francisco at one point allegedly said it’d be cheaper if the singer from the boy band Why Don’t We were dead. Avery was unaware of Gonzalez’s alleged involvement in the murder-for-hire plot, TMZ reports, though he told the “Zach Sang Show” in September that Avery also told the podcast that, though it’d taken a while, he and Gonzalez were “good … we’re getting there, ’cause she had a baby at 17, and I can only imagine how traumatizing that is.

” “All I have to do is be a good dad,” he said.

“I had money at the time and I was able to … afford a child. … It wasn’t that hard on me. I was just excited. But for her, it’s like a whole other thing.

” He admitted that they “hated each other” for a time, and would argue over who was “the better parent. ” He recounted having spent “all my money” to fly out to Hawaii and see Lavender, only to sometimes not get the chance to see her.

“I’m not trying to put shame on Gabriela,” who he called an “incredible mom. ” The influencer’s content focuses on motherhood and lifestyle, including the “free bleeding” trend for menstruation.
