Gaddis adds that while "there's not a lot of racism in this country," there are issues with racism in other countries. She doesn't elaborate about other nations. After the TikTok video began circulating, Gaddis' alleged employer, Rophe of the Carolinas, which provides home health services for the elderly, terminated Gaddis.
The letter, which notes "the employee in question is no longer with our company," doesn't name the person who was fired."My former boss is great! I stepped away so she would not lose her business. Leave her alone ya’ll, the woke mob is the real problem here."
