Among those attending Sunday’s Tigers-Guardians game was a Cleveland fan who appears to be getting ready to tie the knot.Bally Sports Detroit’s Matt Shepard make some interesting comments about the fan in question.The video feed briefly cuts to a second shot of the women in stands before returning to game action.
The broadcast then goes back to the woman a third time and pushes in tight and shows her drinking a beer.The Guardians fan is enjoying a Leinenkugel Summer Shandy during the 4-1 loss to Detroit.The Guardians fans haven’t had much to celebrate on the field this season, with Cleveland’s playoff chances quickly fading.The comments gave the guys in the broadcast booth a good chuckle before returning to the game.
The Tigers and Guardians haven’t had much to laugh about this season with both clubs below .500 and falling further behind the AL Central-leading Twins. One bright spot for Detroit is Rodriguez, who gave up one earned run in 6 2/3 innings of work to lead the Tigers to a 4-1 win.Share this article:
