Tiffin’s by Chef Korn is a little restaurant located at the mezzanine floor of the North Court of the Mid Valley City shopping complex in Kuala Lumpur.
The menu consists of mostly Thai street food offerings, but with higher grade ingredients that are presented with a unique twist. The restaurant does serve pork and is definitely not halal. The grilled pork neck was served with homemade sauce and glutinous rice. It will most likely be fantastic with beer or wine, and if you finish up the glutinous rice, it fares will as a standalone meal as well.
The beef ball noodles was served with tender Australian shin meat, poached beef, and beef balls in Chef Korn’s homemade broth.
