Larne manager Tiernan Lynch acknowledges the difference in resources and experience between his side and Shamrock Rovers ahead of their UEFA Conference League clash.
Tiernan Lynch believes a gap still exists between the Irish League and League of Ireland as his side prepares to lock horns with Shamrock Rovers in Europe.
"I still think there is a gap, and I think the biggest difference or gap is the contact time and budgets," Lynch said. Lynch added: “I think we have to be at our very, very best. We have to try and get our game plan absolutely and utterly spot on and we have to make it an off-night for them. “This would be impossible to do if you weren't full-time, and I think as a league that's definitely something we have to take into consideration."
