The annual fundraising event is a key support for the APL’s Second Chance Program, which provides medical care to sick, injured and special needs animals.

“This year’s Fur Ball Gala is a celebration of the second chances we are able to provide to animals thanks to our community’s incredible support,” Cleveland Animal Protective League President and CEO Sharon Harvey said in a news release. “We hope that you will join us for a memorable evening that not only celebrates these remarkable animals but also helps us to continue our mission to foster compassion and end animal suffering.

The event will be held Saturday, Nov. 2, at the InterContinental Cleveland Hotel. Attendees can join and bid for the silent auction both in person and virtually. Highlights include food stations, live and silent auctions, raffles, and a VIP guest appearance. The virtual experience includes auction access and a copy of the 2025 Cleveland APL calendar.Tickets are $250 for in-person attendance and $50 for virtual participation. Patron tables of 10 are available for $2,500. The deadline to register is Oct. 11.
