A cold front will sweep through New Jersey on Thursday bringing downpours that could cause flooding, according to the National Weather Service.

Though unlikely, a tornado also can’t be ruled out. The weather service is calling for an inch to an inch-and-a-half of rain and says highs will be in the upper 60s to near 70.
