I always make sure I’m as prepared as possible when it comes to any milestones within the team, so that I can capture these moments first and foremost for the playerWhile the players spend a lot of time on the field, they also spend a lot of time taking care of their bodies that you don’t often see. In tournaments - where time is not on your side - recovery becomes even more vital. Here, Katrina Gorry stands in an ice bath.
