The three teenagers were all residents of Hollister.
The three teens were 17-year-old Victor Lujan, 17-year-old Anzhel Billegas-Lemus and 18-year-old Brandon Alarcon, all of Hollister, according to the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office. Numerous media reports indicated that the three were students at Hollister High School.The collision occurred on Shore Road west of Lake Road shortly before 7 p.m. The driver of the car lost control of the vehicle and swerved into oncoming traffic, where it hit another vehicle.
The three teens were the driver and two rear passengers of the vehicle, the California Highway Patrol said.
