A meeting to sell a watch turned into an armed robbery and attempted carjacking, police said.
SAN MATEO — Three suspects were arrested by San Mateo police after an attempted armed robbery and carjacking on Tuesday night.
Authorities instated a shelter-in place-order that lasted between one and two hours after the suspects fled south on Norfolk Street into the Las Prados neighborhood.
