UPDATE: A victim in one of three shootings reported in Denver on Saturday has died.
At 9:56 a.m. Saturday police said on Twitter that a man was taken to a hospital with critical injuries from a shooting in the 1400 block of South Irving Street. At 4:15 p.m. police announced that the victim had died.
A man was shot in the 6900 block of East Chenango Avenue and taken to a hospital with injuries described as not life-threatening, police said in a Twitter post at 4:45 a.m. One victim of a shooting in the area of West Colfax Avenue and Eliot Street went to a hospital on his own, police said in a 1:27 a.m. tweet.
