The trio are accused of conspiring to shoot and kill Ryan Carvil.
Anthony Haggerty, 44, Declan McCuish, 32 and James Richards, 32, are accused of being involved in planning a hit on Ryan Carvil. It is claimed the trio - along with others, including Andrew MacAskill who has since died - conspired to shoot and kill him.
The charges states they identified where he was living and what car he drove. It is further claimed a camera was rigged up to "watch his movements".There is said to have been a discussion on "how best to murder" Carvil.The alleged crime is also said to have involved getting stolen cars and a firearm with plans to hide the gun and torch a vehicle used in any attack.
