Tragedy struck at The Geong, a popular tourist attraction located in the Limpakuwus Pine Forest in Banyumas regency, Central Java on Wednesday. The attraction’s iconic 10m-high glass bridge unexpectedly gave way, leaving one dead and three others injured.

Two women aged 24 and 29 and a 14-year-old girl were injured in the accident, suffering bruises and cuts. They were taken to Chaophraya Hospital. Somchai said three to four people suffered minor injuries in the accident and Siam Carnival Funfair would cover all medical expenses.
