Three graffiti taggers were arrested after shooting at a vehicle driving on an off-ramp along Interstate 5 in Seattle late Friday night. Washington State Patrol (WSP) received a tip from a driver who reported being fired at while driving on the off-ramp. The victim was not injured and no damage to the car was reported. Both Seattle Police Department (SPD) officers and WSP troopers searched for the suspects, and SPD later found and arrested them. Officers found spray paint cans in a bucket and two guns.
