Ahmad Samirrudin, on the other hand, is accused of nine counts of receiving RM4,550 between May 31, 2017, and April 2, 2019. They were charged under Section 17 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, which carries a maximum 20-year prison term or a fine, upon conviction.
