Police arrested a wanted Cleveland woman, a second Cleveland woman and a Maple Heights man Jan. 21 in connection to a robbery at Rocky’s Adult Superstore on Brookpark Road.
Published: Feb. 06, 2026, 3:37 p.m.BROOK PARK, Ohio – A wanted Cleveland woman, 42, a second Cleveland woman, 46, and a Maple Heights man, 57, were arrested at about 7 p.m. Jan. 21 in connection to a robbery at Rocky’s Adult Superstore, 13330 Brookpark Road.
The threesome stole merchandise from the store. The wanted Cleveland woman punched a Rocky’s worker in the face during the theft, which escalated the charge against the three suspects from theft to robbery. The worker suffered an abrasion on her face and nose and a gash on her palm due to the attack. Another Rocky’s worker witnessed the incident. Police were called and told the three suspects were traveling away from Rocky’s in a Kia Sportage. Police spotted the sport-utility vehicle moving westbound on Brookpark. They pulled over the SUV. Police learned later that the wanted Cleveland woman, who was in the Kia’s backseat, urged the driver not to stop. She then hid herself under a jacket in the backseat. Police ordered the driver, the Maple Heights man, and the older Cleveland woman out of the SUV and placed them in handcuffs. The older Cleveland woman said she had returned merchandise to Rocky’s, indicating to police that a theft had indeed occurred. The older Cleveland woman gave police permission to search her purse. In the purse, police found a glass pipe commonly used to smoke crack cocaine. Also in the purse were an unopened box of crotchless panties, a vibrating finger ring and an unopened three-piece lingerie set. The older woman denied stealing the items from Rocky’s. The older Cleveland woman admitted that she was involved in a violent incident with the Rocky’s worker. Police searched the Sportage and discovered the wanted Cleveland woman hiding in the backseat. Several warrants had been issued for her arrest. Police placed her in handcuffs. Police noticed a makeshift pipe sticking out of the wanted Cleveland woman’s waistband. The pipe contained burned residue. A small baggie containing a white rocklike substance, which police believed was crack cocaine, was on one of the SUV’s seats.
